1. Services
- We provide custom web development services for individuals, students, and businesses.
- Services include website design, development, and maintenance.
- Scope and delivery timelines are defined through written agreement or project briefing.
2. Payments
- A 50% upfront payment is required before project work begins.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
- If the final payment is not made, the project will not be delivered, and the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.
- Ownership and delivery are granted only after full payment is received.
3. Affiliate/Referral Program
- Consent Required: Affiliates must obtain the referred client’s permission before submitting their details.
- Successful Form Registration: Affiliates must submit the official referral form before we contact the client.
- Verified Contact Information: The referred client must provide valid, reachable contact details.
- Minimum Activity Requirement: The referred client must engage or purchase a service within 30 days of referral.
- Unique Referral: Only the first valid referral for a given client is accepted.
- Compliance: We reserve the right to verify referral activity and disqualify suspicious or non-compliant entries.
✅ Payout: Commission is paid within 7 days after the referred client completes full payment for a service.
4. Refund Policy
- The initial 50% advance is non-refundable once work has started.
- No refunds are issued after final payment.
- If the project is canceled by the client before the final payment is made, no refund is issued.
5. Intellectual Property
- All deliverables remain the property of Krish.Devlabs until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Krish.Devlabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services.
- Clients are responsible for their own hosting, domain, and third-party services.
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
